I have been traveling to Florida for many years and have had the opportunity to use a variety of carriers. I have had Massachusetts based companies that returned my car dirty. The exterior had dust so thick it appeared to have been in the windy desert. Then there were those who had the car so long that I felt it had been stolen.A friend recommended Autolog to me and last year I began using them. We have been well satisfied and this year "is the icing on the cake". After a blizzard week in New Jersey, I delivered the car to the Linden location on 1/3/11 and thought for sure it would take two weeks before I saw it. We landed at Fort Meyers at 3:15 p.m.on 3/6/11 and when I reached my destination.I checked my messages. The car had been delivered to the pick up location in Fort Meyers. That is what I call fast service. The staff and especially the gentleman who receives the car and checks it for shipping are to be commended. Leo is the checker and every company should employ a contact person who knows how to deal with people.
They create goodwill andknow how to deal with people in difficult situations. Weather, accidents, and many things totally out of the control of the driver and the shipping company come into play.
Please let these hard working people that their labors are appreciated. They have helped to make our Florida vacation begin pleasantly.
