They don't tell you much along the way, but the important things happened. They called early on the day of pickup, and arrived to get the car on time. After that there was no communication for 9 days until I called them and they told me that they would contact me when the car was delivered, and they confirmed the original delivery date. I received a call two days early that the car was ready for pickup.
