I contracted Autolog to move my car from New Jersey to California.
Issue 1: They were supposed to drop it at my California adress given in the contract. But they did not. Instead they called me and told me that i will have to pick up the car at a location which was 35 miles away from my place. Also if i wanted it dropped at my residence i will have to pay then 250$ more. Also they said i will have to pick it up on a weekday and cannot do so on a saturday. I had to take a half day off from my work to pick up the car. I work as a contractor so i lost my half day pay which is 500$.

Issue 2: When i reached to pick up my car i found my car stereo stolen. I filed a written loss claim to Autolog but they declined it saying that they do not reimburse loss of personal property. How is an indash car stereo fitted to my car a personal property lying around. I have send them an estimate from 2 dealers for the expense which is around 800$.

Issue 3: Before signing the contract i asked them whenther my car is insured or do i need to buy extra insurance. They sent me an written email saying that my car was insured to the value of my car. They never mentined to me that they only cover the secondary insurance and not the primary.
