Sometime in Early to mid April, 2006 I called Autolog to arrange for my car to be shipped back from Florida to New York in the first week of May. As promised on Wedensday, May 3, 2006 Autolog arrived at my home in Florida to pick up my car. The individual who picked up my car was polite and professional. Together we went over every detail of the vechicles condition and marked down the minor scratches. One week later on May 10, the car arrived at my place of business as scheduled. The delivery person was very accomodating and again together we went over the entire car and found it to be exactly as it was when I turned it over to Autolog. I took the liberty to put a few personal belongings in the vechile and they all arrived safely.
When I started calling some of the transporters to set up the original delivery of my car to Florida it took 1 to 3 days to hear back from the transporters and when I told the first 2 transport companies that I only had one car they wern't interested. When I called Autolog a real person was at the other end of the phone and immediately told me they could do the job. I felt the price was right on target and the entire staff was friendly and polite. A great experience!
