I had an exceptional experience shipping my car cross country with Autoline Transport. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, and I got my car right on time.
The customer service was outstanding. Heidi kept me at ease about the whole process, and made me feel really confident that my car was well taken care of. When my car was received, it was exactly the way it was when it left my possession.
It also made me feel good knowing that Autoline has a policy that they will cover 100% of any damage to a vehicle, and they were extremely detailed in their inspection of my vehicle upon pickup and delivery. I really appreciated their honest and detail oriented approach.
Overall, they were really responsive, gave the best price I could find, and genuinely cared about getting my vehicle to me safely & in a timely manner. If I have to ship a vehicle again, I will definitely use their services.
