In absolute honesty I wish there had been a place to double the stars...or at least an added star of greatness for professionalism & punctuality as those two areas were above & beyond an average 5 stars. From the first call to Heidi all of our needs were handled very quickly. Out vehicle was scheduled and confirmed for pick up in Washington within one hour of speaking to her. We were in need of the vehicle being picked up within a week and transported to Southern Florida and much to my surprise Autoline Transport was able to make it happen. Ms. Heidi Hill also contacted the company to check up that they had contacted our daughter to schedule timing for pick up. The vehicle was picked up when expected and our daughter said that the transport pickup couldn't have gone any smoother. Our vehicle arrived right on time, which was absolutely fantastic. What really impressed me was that when I called with any question, within minutes , I got an answer. I highly recommend this transport company. What a wonderful treat it was to use Autoline Transport to do all of the arranging for us and also keep in contact with us to make sure all was well.
