I thought Autozipper was excellent. I especially enjoyed dealing with the rep Brian Cronin who was very responsive. I had a somewhat tricky situation in trying to coordinate the shipment while traveling for business. But they were able to make pick up very simple. I was impressed that they adhered to quoted time frame - especially b/c the day before my schedule pick-up a huge snowstorm was forcasted for NYC.

My car arrived on schedule in LA! I have/had a 2001 BMW - the only thing I might have done differently (if say my car was newer) was requested closed transport as the car was really dirty upon arrival.. but that will happen in any open transport situation given the mileage from East to West coast...so that is no reflection on the company.

I just sold my car to a buyer in Connecticut... so I'm going with Auto Zipper again!
