I have used Autozipper twice in the last 3 years and was impressed both times with thier customer service and delivery.

The 1st time I hired Autozipper was in November of 2007. I moved 1 sedan from Massachusetts to Southern CA. I called multiple companies to get a quote. Autozippers quote was about average for the major auto-movers, but the customer service representative, Brian Cronin, was excellent. I was extremely nervous about this process, and Brian answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. The delivery went exactly as quoted, and Brian was always available to update me on the status of the move.

In Dec 2009, I moved back to MA from CA, moving both a sedan and a truck. I called Brian again and got an excellent quote (<$1800 for both). I was a little concerned about how long it would take to transport the vehicles, given the winter conditions and the fact that it would be over the Christmas holiday. I am happy to say the cars arrived within 12 days of pick-up, even with a big storm and the holidays to contend with.

Anyone looking to make a cross-country auto move, should definitely give Brian Cronin a call.
