Brian was open and up front with me from start to finish. I arranged this at the last minute but he got it done quickly. Driver showed when he said he would. Delivery was done in the window I was given. When ever I wanted information Brian was always quick to respond. The car was delivered to my son in Calf. The delivery was down the street from his apt. He and driver inspected the car together. My son then drove the car to his apt about 1/8 of a mile. When he parked the car in his space he noticed a crack in the windshield. He immediately called the trucker who came back and all agreed something hit the windshield prior to my son taking delivery. He was told to get it replaced and send the bill. Replacement was done the same day 5 hours after the delivery. The damage was not from anything the driver did.
BEST service I've had from a company in a long time!
Car was picked up Wednesday afternoon in South Florida and delivered to West Hollywood the following Wed. morning. Would have been Tuesday evening but the truck broke down.
