we were moving and had planned to tow the car behind the rental truck. there was too much stuff and we had to get another box trailer. the hard part was finding the shipper. once we found the shipper, the shop that was holding the vehicle neglected to tell us that they had broken the key in the ignition, and hadn't kept the vehicle in running order like we had brought it to them. the driver Daryl(sp) had been moving cars for a very long time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. after the car was rescued from the autoshop that f- -ed it all up. the process was painless. Brian did all that he said he would and more. helping us deal with the problems at the autoshop. I will stick with autozipper the next time I have to ship a vehicle. hope this helps you decided who to ship with
