Autozipper is absolutely awesome. They take all the worries away at a time that you have a whole bunch of other things to do and worry about. In order to appreciate Brian Cronin and the service he provides, you have to know how others treat you. I had my car shipped about one and half year ago thru another agent. The car arrived OK, but it was hell in so far as communications. The agent never provided a phone number; the number on his website was an answering machine to say they do not talk to you on the phone. The driver showed up unannounced to pick up the car on the wrong day and wrong time. We had to rush from work to give him the car. For delivery we had to wait at the house for two days since every time we called the driver, he kept saying he is arriving in two hours. The agent was of course totally useless since we could not get hold of him and would not respond to e-mails either.
So I was very apprehensive when I had to ship my car again. I dealt with a few agents via e-mail as I was overseas. Almost all sent out automated quotes and when I asked for clarifications, I got more standardized e-mails promising matching other quotes.
Brian at Autozipper was the only one who responded with a personal e-mail and communicated promptly by e-mail answering all my questions, since he knew I could not call. He arranged for the pick up on the day I wanted and all went like clockwork. The driver called ahead, showed up at the promised time for the pickup, and delivered the car timely. He was very polite and courteous.
But most importantly, Brian was very accessible by phone or e-mail. I never had any delays in dealing with him. I was arriving back in U.S. over the Easter weekend. So Brian even provided me with his cell phone to make sure I can contact him over the holiday period if I had any questions or needed assistance. If you want a trusting, friendly, professional and caring service, do not look anywhere else. Call Brian at Autozipper and be rest assured that you and your car are in good hands. Their price was less than 10% higher than the cheapest quote I received but the service was first rate.
