Excellent communication with both broker and driver. The broker provided a variety of options for pickup and called twice druing the transport to update me on the progress of the transport truck. It was very useful to have contact with the driver to narrow down the exact arrival time. Driver made every effort to ensure that the two cars were protected from elements during the transport. I would use Auto Zipper again and would recommend them to anyone.
