I have had to ship cars five times in the last 35 years. The last two were with autozipper, and if I ever have to ship a car again, I will not consider anyone else. Here's why. It's almost always the case that one ships a car through a broker. Sometimes the car arrives on time, sometimes it's weeks late. Tough when you're trying to setting in somewhere and need a car. Same with pickup. But autozipper is the only broker I know that stays on the case. First, they don't pull any driver from the computer. They screen them, and they stick with the drivers who are good. Second, if any problem comes up, Autozipper handles it. When a driver was giving me a hard time about delivery, Autozipper stepped in and the problem went away. They find drivers who fit your schedule (once, it turned out, a broker picked up the car and stored it for two weeks before it went out) and have done well even with a delivery location that was more off the beaten track. The last shipper, going from one major city to another, got us the car in four days! Autozipper is always kind, thoughtful, smart, and helpful.
