I found Brian to be diligent in responding to any inquiry I had. He was prompt in his responses and provided me the information I required. I was travelling from Canada to pickup the vehicle so the timing of the drop-off was important to me. Brian provided a few options and ensured everything was in order. I received a follow-up call to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Price was one of the more reasonable I came across and the vehicle arrived without any problems. I would certainly use AutoAipper again in the future.
