Brain helped me work through the timing of vehicle pick-up due to the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays. I spoke to him at least twice before making the commitment to have my car shipped. I had to coordinate the pick-up through a friend, since I was out of town. I feared that there would be a mishap or mis-communication - especially since the contact at pick-up was different than the contact at delivery. It all came off without a hitch. I definitely recommend Auto Zipper - and I would suggest the covered truck if there is any question about weather on the route.
