Shipping a vehicle is stressful and costly; however, Brian at AutoZipper provided exemplary service when transporting my teenage son's truck across country. Every call I made, whether it was to secure the service or to ask a silly question after the truck was on it's way, he was happy to answer my calls and alleviate my stess. He was personable, courteous and, if he didn't have the answer, called me back within minutes after doing the research to find the answer to my question. There was some confusion on the part of the driver with regard to the payment method upon delivery. When I called Brian at AutoZipper to make a comment, not only did he assure me that the payment method outlined over the phone was valid, he called the driver directly to correct the situation. On top of that, he called the contracted driving company to convey my comments to them. Within 5 minutes, a Rep from their company called me to apologize for the confusion. If I ever have to transport another vehicle, I would not hesitate to give my business to AutoZipper and would recommend them to anyone!
