I was extremely nervous to ship my car cross country with all the horror stories out there. There are too many auto transport/broker companies and too many bad stories out there... but a few stood out based on the reviews on this site for being consistently reliable and competent. That's why I chose Auto Zipper and now that I found a company I am happy with, I will definitely be using them again (it's just not worth it to bargain and just try to save a few bucks). My brand new Honda Civic arrived within 7 days in the same condition it was when it was picked up. Ace Autotrans was the transporter that carried my car cross country and I have nothing but praise for them as well. Go with AutoZipper. A broker that only uses transporters that they can trust (this is key, because once your car is picked up the broker can only mediate between you and the transporter and then it is up to the transporter to get the job done and get your car to your door.) I was extremely pleased with this experience, which could have been a nightmare. Thanks!
