Hello, when you placed your order with our company. You wanted our most economical rate which is Flex Service and can take 1 - 21 days for pickup. You agreed to the pickup terms and at later date decided to change services to Standard Service but you did not want pay the fee. Therefore we could not upgrade your service. At that point we had no option but to cancel you order. Please feel free to contact us if you have any pending issues or concerns.
