Hello, were sorry you were not satisfied with our service. You purchased standard auto shipping service which is 1-5 day window for pickup. We advise you if you were pressed for time to go with Express Service which guarantees an exact pickup date. You refused and decided you were fine with standard service. You were fully refunded $245 back to your credit card on file. Also all our phones are monitored and at all times your calls were answered or returned.
