After shopping around online for a couple of days to have my recently purchased vehicle, shipped to me from Arlington TX to Kansas City MO, I found that AutoVocity not only offered the lowest rate, their customer service and follow up was impeccable. The customer service rep, Rafael thoroughly explained the transport process and left me with a reasonable set of expectations regarding when my vehicle would be picked up from the dealership and when it would arrive at my home. While I realize everyone won't get as lucky as I did (or maybe the can) but I felt like the stars were aligned perfectly as I called back to request their service on a Thursday afternoon, within a couple of hours I received a call back stating they would be picking my vehicle up the next day form the dealership and have it delivered to my home the next day after. It felt like I had Amazon Prime shipping on my car.. lol My vehicle arrived that Saturday morning safely and just how I expected. The Driver Ali, gave me a call earlier that morning to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very polite and professional. All in all, a GREAT experience, I HIGHLY recommend them, especially since during my shopping around period many other companies kept warning me how shady their competitors are and how often times folks would have to wait extended periods of time as they try and get drivers to pick up the vehicles.
