We are sorry you feel that way about our service. But our records indicate we communicated with you on a daily basis regarding the status of your order via email, text and by phone. Please keep in mind all our calls and communication methods are recorded. At all times you were advised that due to weather and holidays we were experiencing delays. Your pickup location was a business which was actually closed also. Please feel free to contact our office with any pending issues. We only had your order for 7 days it was processed on 01/02/19 and cancelled on 01/09/19.
