After fooling around on the phone for over FOUR WEEKS with people more then happy to take my credit card and other just giving me empty promises, I finally found a company who was knowledgeable, honest and easy to deal with. Although I get a nice $20 check for writing this review, I would have done it for FREE. I was not aware of how car transport worked. After I understood the process, I WAS willing to pay a bit more in order for the "deal" to be attractive to a driver. My SUV sat in Montana for a month waiting for someone to see it on the computer postings that are posted for drivers heading through that part of the country. If it looks lucrative, they'll stop; otherwise, they'll just bypass your vehicle and head to another vehicle that promises a bigger profit for them. Wondering why nobody told me that for the entire first month. I learned a lot about this process by working with this company and would be more then willing to email someone to help them understand it. Jenny was the FIRST and ONLY person I spoke to who was upfront with all the industry secrets. Seems like there's a lot of competition out there. You have to be careful. Some companies will keep your entire deposit whether or not they find a driver for your vehicle. Let the buyer beware, except for this company.
