From the initial call to the final confirmation that our vehicle was delivered in Hawaii we were always able to reach the team of Ruth Planas Maritime Dispatch Coordinator and Sean Hancock

Since this was a big ticket item for us I shopped around carefully to compare service and costs. Since most came in around same I ultimately decided on AutoStar. The primary reason was the professionalism shown by Sean form our first call. He educzted me on the process, asked questions, and left me with a good sense of trust. Once the shipping documents and transport scheduled we met the driver, verified our BOL was in line, and off went our vehicle. It wa so easy to see where the vehicle was at all times and logistically the team was dead on with getting the car to Long Beach port on time. Ruth was also great with ensuring documents were in line so no hick-ups or surprises. Communication was great through the entire process and we felt at ease.
