I am pleased to have done business with AutoStar Transport Express, LLC. I contacted them and within the hour I received a reply. Between a combination of calls, texts and emails, I was able to have my vehicle picked up on the desired date. Because my transport was scheduled during hurricane Helene, AutoStar kept in close contact to keep me abreast of delivery date. My area would be hit and the company knew that. I was informed that my vehicle would be delivered two days late due to safety issues. Understandably so, my vehicle was delivered two days late as was predicted. The driver was courteous enough to call me to meet him two blocks from my house because regulations stated that the trailers cannot enter cul-de-sac due to their widths and sizes. The driver waited for about 15 minutes and by the time I got there my vehicle was already downloaded and ready. My experience was positive as my vehicle was delivered in the condition in which it was purchased.
