I appreciated the rapid response after submitting the quote. They had the best offer to meet my needs. Eric stayed in great communication with me and was able to answer all of my questions. They were able to schedule my car to be picked up within a week. I was slightly disappointed after they picked up my car because the communication died. I was not told when my car arrived to the port in Florida or when it was put on the ship, even though I was told I would receive updates. Pick-up instructions were nowhere near as clear as they should have been and no one communicated with me anymore after that. The biggest frustration was that someone failed to link my social security number to my bill of lading. I was unable to load the form to pay my taxes and it all ultimately led to me picking up my car late. I would consider using them again with the hope the SS number mistake was a one time thing.
