I had an opportunity to use AutoStar Transport in October. My grandson, a Navy sailor was transferred to Groton CT from the Pacific northwest. He needed his 1996 Miata for backup transportation. I contacted AutoStar and spoke with Sean. He immediately got the process moving and within two days had scheduled the transfer. The rates we paid were very competitive with other companies. Sean communicated with me every day about where we were in the process. Within a day after confirmation, Vladimir contacted me to let me know he was the driver and would be picking up the car the next day. We arranged to meet and he showed up right on schedule in a huge covered truck. He very carefully loaded the old Miata onto the truck and was on his way. I was surprised to see that the old girl was going to Connecticut in covered style. Vladimir must have driven all night because he was in Connecticut the next day. He contacted my grandson and they met at a chosen location. The car arrived in great shape and earlier than we expected. I have never received such excellent customer service before. I will go back to them again if the need arises and would highly recommend them to anyone needing the service, especially if they have a vintage or highly valuable car. Thanks Sean and AutoStar.
