Great experience! The pricing sounded too good to be true for me at first so I was a little skeptical, but AutoStar Transport took care of my car the entire way! The towing company they worked with made sure my car was transported safely from Dallas to Houston and would be handed off to whoever was at the receiving address. The driver was super helpful and made the experience great. I was in contact with him via text and he updated me when my car was en route and when it was dropped off. For payment, you pay half of it upfront to AutoStar when you book online, then the other half by check or in cash to the driver when the car is actually dropped off.
