Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience you've experienced. We understand your concerns regarding the deposit, and we'd like to provide you with more clarity on our policies.
The deposit serves as a security measure in our contract agreements, and unfortunately, in this situation, a refund is not eligible based on the terms outlined.
We assigned a carrier and rendered services, and the order was also cancelled within contracted dates of the customer's own choice. Both results in a non refundable deposit as previously agreed to by the customer in a signed contract.
We understand that this might be disappointing, and we regret any inconvenience this has caused.
