Didn't follow through picking up our car

I've always used Bears Transport but I thought I would try Auto Star because they were cheaper BIG MISTAKE. I told them I needed my car picked up between May 10th-May 12th because I was flying out on the 13th. I was told on the 10th still looking for a driver, on the 11th I was told still looking for a driver on the 12th I was told same thing. I started to panic since I was flying out early on the 13th so I called Bears Transport and paid them a deposit and they had our car picked up 2.5 hours later on Friday the 12th and delivered to Colorado Sunday night the 14th. I asked for a refund from Autostar and they said NO. I said I was filing a dispute and he laughed and said "your screwed you signed a contract" HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY NO SERVICE!

Our apologies that a carrier was not located in the time frame that the customer wanted, however they did agree to allow us 5 business days to locate and assign a carrier and cancelled the order after only 2 days.
