Our sincerest apologies that a suitable carrier was not located in the 5 day contracted time frame. Cx had the option at the end of his contracted dates to cancel and receive a full refund, but he asked us to keep looking. In the end the customer never did cancel his order, and rather chose to dispute the charge with his bank. Rather than us disputing that, we accepted the chargeback, which is the same as a refund.
