Forms not sent without request

Overall I felt the service was good outside of the two times I had to reach out because my contact had not sent the proper forms to proceed in the step. First: I was at the port dropping off and didn’t have my booking confirmation although I was booked & paid. Second: when paying for taxes I had to request my bill of lading, unfortunately it was a weekend, had to wait
