We dispatched the vehicle on the Monday (2 business days) and with a 24-hour notice for you before pickup. Although our carriers always try to keep schedule, sometimes traffic, weather, or other factors outside of their control can cause small delays. We apologize for the 31 minute delay at delivery and any inconvenience caused. We were not been made aware of any items stored inside the vehicle before, during, or after this transport or even a few days after when our customer service team made a courtesy call to you and were told everything went well and you were happy with the service.
