                        We are very sorry that the customer did not have the same 5 star experience we are accustomed to providing.   We assigned a carrier for pickup, and unfortunately they had a delay of two days, and customer was very well informed of this by the carrier.  We dispatched a 2nd carrier before we were informed by the customer that they wish to cancel as they had hired someone else.
