The guy who first picked up my motorcycle was not good. He shows up on the day of pick up and no time frame. I had to rush home to get the bike at 9:30pm. Also, I had to help him push the motorcycle because he couldn’t do it by himself. It just didn’t feel this guy was qualified to do this job. For Gods sakes he was wearing crocs to load motorcycles on a trailer. After that I picked up my motorcycle at the port. Everything went smooth getting the motorcycle out. The only bad thing was the transport company damaged the kickstand by forcing it out past than it was suppose to be. I notice it because the motorcycle was leaning too much and you can clearly see it’s way forward. Also my seat had markings from the the tie down straps. I was very disappointed with the damages. I will not use them again or recommend them. They do call you back and are on time. I had to report the damages within 10 days which I went over.
