The staff were very professional and kept in contact with me through the process. They established a window for pick-up and picked up on the last day of the window, which really worked out for me. I believe that because of COVID drivers were harder to locate and I had to pay a higher fee than initially contracted (about $150 more), it worked out due to the early deliveryThe driver was very professional and I had my car delivered way before schedule.
