Definitely will use them again! Communication was key. At all stages prior to pick up and thruout my cars transport they kept in touch with me. The transport driver Mike, was professional yet personable and friendly. What an expert he is! He knows exactly what he’s doing and does it safely! My vehicle arrived on time and no damage. Bravo to the transport driver Mike! I can’t imagine his responsibility of the multiple loads he carries. We are impressed. Also a big thank you to Sean in Florida for putting this together for me! He answered all my questions. We will use Auto Star Transport Express again to transport my husbands car and hope Mike will take the load! The cost of using Auto Star Transport Express was better than driving the car ourselves and paying for gas, tolls, hotel, food, mileage on the car as well as the wear and tear on it and us!
