Overall my experience was a positive one. Once the process started it went very quickly. I was notified on a Tuesday that they would pick up the car on Wednesday and deliver on Thursday. I wasn't expecting things to move that fast. That said it went very smoothly. I received the car at the location I requested and in the same shape as when it left NC.
