Very sorry the customer feels they did not receive the same 5 star service that hundreds of thousands of our customers have received over the last 14 years. Customer was provided with numerous emails detailing what is involved in preparing the vehicle, documents needed, and procedures to follow upon arrival in Puerto Rico. We understand there were delays with the Hacienda inspection in Puerto Rico, but no one has control over that, other than the Puerto Rico authorities. AutoStar Transported met all contracted dates, and assisted customer in every step of the way from New Jersey to Puerto Rico. We wish the customer well.
