I had attempted to use another carrier but they started adding costs onto the shipping. James at Auto Star transport was up front witht he cost, he stuck to the quote. There was consistant communication both on the phone and via email. No matter how often I would email or call regarding pickup, I got a response. Even with the challenge of shipping to Alaska, James found someone to make the trip and get my vehicle here. With the experience of the first company, changing the quote and adding costs, I was nervous about trusting another company but James and Auto Star made the experience painless and enjoyable.
