Just as a friendly reminder, in the contract that you signed and agreed to, it is very clear that there are no guarantees in regard to dates. The established date in the contract works as your first available pick-up date and we secure suitable drivers for our customers within a 5-day window. The driver for this transport was secured on the 3rd day from your first available pick up date. In addition, before we dispatched, we explained why the driver was requesting a different rate and could not dispatch without your consent, due to this inconvenience we also paid from our end $100 to minimize the difference with the original quote we provided.
