So the actual company was great. Informative, good contact and helpful! The actual driver, which I'm not sure they are responsible for was not as great. Our pick up time was changed a few times. You do not receive very much notice on when the actual pick up will be until about a day before. However, things happen so not a big deal. I did have it shipped out of state to a storage facility and believe that's were it kind of fell apart. Per the person receiving my vehicle, the drop off changed multiple times. Eventually she just gave him the gate code because he was there at off hours. She mentioned he sent her picture of the parked vehicle and she asked him to move it, but he didn't. So for me, it was fairly painless and I'm so thrilled the vehicle made it there. For the person receiving, sounds like it was a bit rough.
