We had never used an auto transport company before. My wife and I drove from Burnsville, Minnesota to Chicago and picked up friends at O'Hare Airport. From Chicago, we drove the original Route 66 (as much as possible) to Santa Monica, California. Originally, our plan was to rent a car in Chicago and drive it to California, but the prices were too high because of a lack of cars due to the pandemic. So, we decided to check out auto transport. There were many choices, and thankfully, we chose AutoStar. From beginning to end, our experience with AutoStar was tremendous. Brian Ferreyra, our agent, explained how auto transport works and kept us informed throughout the whole process. When we arrived in the Los Angeles area, our transport driver contacted us in a timely manner. The car was picked up exactly when he said it would be and arrived at our house on time and in perfect condition. The drivers we met in California and Minnesota were competent, friendly, and personable. Brian was very professional and cared about our transportation needs, and more importantly, he cared about us.
