We are very sorry that the customer feels they did not receive the same 5 star experience we are accustomed to providing. We located and assigned THREE carriers for this order. We had some unfortunate situations with the first couple of carriers, but our perseverance in completing the job we were assigned to do, we found a 3rd carrier. The customer unfortunately cancelled their order when we notified him of the 3rd carrier we had assigned to the order. We rendered our services within the contracted time frame, and thusly the deposit is non refundable. It should be noted that the customer did TWO chargebacks with his credit card company and lost them both. This is a very important note that goes to show the banks decided in our favor that services were rendered.
