I had originally chosen another transport company that was giving me the run-around. They had underquoted the job and kept saying they had a driver when they didn't and I got fed up and after reading the BBB reviews on Autostar I gave them a call and got Carlos. Carlos was very helpful and informative, he outlined the process clearly so I knew what to expect., gave me a quote that was more realistic than what the other company had given. It was late in the day on a Saturday when I called and by Monday morning he had a driver for me. The process went pretty smoothly from there, the only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is because I would of liked to of had better communication from the driver but I am pleased that Carlos provided the drivers phone # and the driver actually answered my calls. The only part about communication that could have been better was the driver told me he could deliver the car on a Saturday and I made no plans that day; when the day was reaching near the end I called him and he said he couldn't make it until Monday. It was delivered early Monday morning which was great but I would of preferred he let me know on Saturday that he couldn't make it rather then me having to call him after waiting all day. Other than that everything else was great. The car was delivered 5 days after pickup in prefect condition and the amount due was what was discussed, no extra fees. Overall I would definitely recommend AutoStar Transport.
