From Barry 888-802-8250 ext 4218: Hi Riley! First, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience the transport of your vehicle may have caused you. Our orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 5 business days from the date your vehicle becomes available. Your vehicle became available on 06/15 and your order was dispatched to a carrier on 06/17, with estimated pick-up date on 06/19 and estimated delivery date between 06/23 and 06/25. Most carriers we work with would try to stick to the estimated dates provided at the time of dispatch. However, there is not an exact science to car transporting and a transport may be delayed due to adverse weather or road conditions, illness, mechanical breakdown of trucks, supply and demand for trucks and drivers and hours of operation, etc.
Regardless, we are always open to constructive criticism and will take your specific recommendations into consideration to make positive improvements. We wish you the best!
