Good communication, before, during, and after. I had an issue with the driver not wanting to drive down my residential street, even though I told him that there have been several semi and moving trucks to do so in the past and it loops right around to exit. He acted like he still wasn't going to deliver to my home as agreed upon contractually. I called Diego and he ensured me that he would get it taken care of. The driver parked around the corner and drove my vehicle to my home. Since it was less than a minute away I didn't mind because ultimately I just needed it parked at my house, and he held up his end of the contract. Other than this, everything went smoothly and I had no issues. I would use AutoStar in the future if needed.
