The whole experience was a great experience. We won a car at auction 2 states away, and it was our first time transporting a vehicle. From the moment I spoke with an AutoStar Transport rep I knew we were in the competent hands. The rep was customer service oriented, the quote was very reasonable, and we scheduled the pickup. Communication was 5 star. I received an email when the driver was confirmed, along with a scheduled delivery date. The driver kept us updated regarding drop off time. Our vehicle came just as we expected, with no damage during transport. Would recommend without a doubt, and we would call them first should we EVER need a car transported again in the future.
