I shipped a car from New England to Utah. There was a lot of good communication early on and everyone was very helpful. My car was supposed to be picked up on Thursday 3/4. They could not locate a driver so it was not picked up until 3/12. The driver was excellent and the car arrived a day earlier than anticipated (even though it was a week and a half late). I would use them again. My only advice is to be patient because they can't control whether or not a driver is available for the route you are requesting.
