We are very sorry for the delay in locating a suitable carrier in the contracted time frame. As per our contract, there are absolutely no guarantees regarding pickup or
delivery times and dates. AutoStar Transport Express/carrier shall not be held responsible for loss or damages occasioned by delays of any kind or for any reason, car rental fees or any accommodation fees. Within the 5 business days window we have to locate a carrier, we were able to secure a carrier, and customer's vehicle was picked up and delivered as scheduled. We thank the customer for their feedback and wish them well.
