                        We are very sorry for the delay in locating a suitable carrier in the contracted time frame.   As per the contract, customer was fully eligible for a refund after the 5 business days had passed.  The contract is also very clear that after 5 days customer does have a choice to add additional funds to attract other carriers.   This is the option the customer chose.   We were able to locate a carrier that same day, and vehicle was picked up the very next day and delivered 2151 miles in just 4 short days.   We thank for the customer for their feedback and wish them well.
